Macadamia Milk Chocolate Cookies

- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
- 2 cups large milk chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- Cream the margarine. Gradually add the sugars and beat until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla. Add the sifted ingredients and beat until well blended. Stir in the milk chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and coconut.
- Drop by quarter-cupfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing cookies 3" apart. Bake for 16 to 19 minutes, or until cookies are golden.
