Pecan Balls

- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 T water
- 5 T sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- confectioners' sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cream butter, sugar, vanilla, and water. Sift flour and salt and stir into mixture. Add pecans and mix thoroughly.
- Shape into walnut size balls. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Roll in confectioners' sugar while hot.
