Beef Tacos

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef roast
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 T crushed oregano
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 10 oz can diced green chiles
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Place meat in slow cooker, top with rest of ingredients in order given. Cook on high for 5 hours (low 10 hours).
- Break up meat with wooden spoon then cover and cook on low for 2 more hours.
- Shred meat thoroughly with two forks and cook for another hour.
- Serve rolled in flour tortillas, topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream, black olives, and salsa.
