    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Cornish game hens
    • 1 pkg. pecan rice
    • 1 1/2 c. water
    • Salt and pepper to taste


    Instructions


    1. Place rice in crockpot; stir well. Place Cornish hen on top of rice. Add salt and pepper.
    2. Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours.
