- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup, condensed
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2 pkgs (4 oz each) long grain and wild rice mix, with seasoning packets
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 5 cups water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a greased 4 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low heat 4-6 hours, or until rice is done. Do not overcook.
