• 3 pounds Italian sausage links
  
• 1 quart spaghetti sauce
  
• 1 cup chopped green peppers
  
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
  
• 1 quart stewed tomatoes
  
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 300 F degrees. Place sausage in broiler pan. Prick with fork. Bake 1 hour. (Can use Polish sausage and omit broiling.) Cut sausage into serving size pieces.
   
2. Put in crock-pot with remaining ingredients and cook on high for 2 hours, then on low for 3 hours. Serve on heated submarine buns.
