- 1-1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup raw rice
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) tomato soup
Instructions
- In bowl combine beef, rice, onion, green pepper, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well to blend.
- Shape into 24 meatballs, about 1-1/2" in diameter.
- Place meatballs in slow cooker, pour soup over top.
- Cover; cook on Low for 7 - 8 hours, or Medium for 4 - 5 hrs.
