    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs london broil
    • 1 pkg (1.27 oz) fajita seasoning
    • 1 T vinegar
    • 1 can (4 oz) green chilies
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1 red pepper, cut in thin strips
    • 1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
    • 8-10 tortillas
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • salsa, to taste


    Instructions


    1. Rub meat all over with the seasoning, put in the bottom of slow cooker, add vinegar and chiles, and top with onions and peppers. Cook on low 8 hours, shredding meat when done.
    2. Serve meat with tortillas, shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa.
