List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs london broil
- 1 pkg (1.27 oz) fajita seasoning
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 can (4 oz) green chilies
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 red pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
- 8-10 tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- salsa, to taste
Instructions
- Rub meat all over with the seasoning, put in the bottom of slow cooker, add vinegar and chiles, and top with onions and peppers. Cook on low 8 hours, shredding meat when done.
- Serve meat with tortillas, shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa.
