- 2 large onion, sliced
- 4 green peppers, sliced
- 3 pounds flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons packed, brown sugar
- 6 cloves garlic, sliced
Instructions
- Put everything into a greased 3 1/2 quart crock-pot. Mix, cook on low 8-9 hours.
- Serve on Submarine Rolls.
