Recipe Introduction
For an easy-to-prepare slow cooker meal, start with McCormick®Chili Seasoning Mix to combine with ground beef, tomato sauce and kidney beans. Serve with cornbread or Red Hot Biscuits.
List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef or ground turkey
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) tomato sauce
- 2 cans (15 ounces each) red kidney beans, undrained
- 2 packages McCormick® Chili Seasoning
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- chopped onion, optional
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, stirring often; drain. Place in 4 to 6-quart slow cooker.
- Stir in tomato sauce, beans and seasoning. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
- Stir chili before serving. Top with shredded cheese and onion, if desired.
