- 5 cups blueberries
- 4 T sugar
- 3 T flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- vanilla ice cream, if desired
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine blueberries with sugar and 3 T flour; pour into a square baking dish.
- Combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the nuts and spread over fruit.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
