This is good cold or warm with ice cream.
List of Ingredients
- 1 large (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Spread pineapple in pan; add blueberries. Sprinkle 3/4 cup sugar over top. Pour cake mix over all. Drizzle butter over top of cake mix. Spread chopped nuts over top, then follow with remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
- Bake 25 minutes. Remove and cut through with a spoon several times to allow juice to come through. Continue baking another 15 minutes.
