Blueberry Pear Cobbler

- 2 (15 oz) cans of sliced pears
- 1 (7 oz) pkg blueberry muffin mix
- 3 T margarine, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Drain pears, reserving 3/4 cup of the juice. Pour pears and reserved juice into a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with muffin mix. Dot with margarine.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and top is lightly browned.
