- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 3 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 T Grand Marnier
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Process the ricotta in food processor until very smooth. Add the marmalade and pulse just to blend in. Remove to a bowl and fold in the chocolate, Grand Marnier and vanilla. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve in stemmed glasses topped with sweetened fresh berries or pipe into prepared cannoli shells (available in Italian speciality shops ready to use).
