Chocolate Bar Squares
List of Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
- 2 oz chocolate bar, semi-sweet or milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Defrost 1 sheet of dough, about 15 minutes or until the dough is soft. Gently unfold the dough into thirds. Cut off 1/3 and re-freeze.
- Cut the remaining dough in half. Cut each half into 4 squares, so that there are a total of 8 squares of dough.
- Break the chocolate bar into 4 pieces and place 1 piece of chocolate on top of 4 of the squares. Lay the other 4 squares of dough on top. Pinch the corners together to seal.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until light brown and crispy.
Final Comments
Serve warm with a scoop of chocolate ice-cream.
