    Keep these frozen treats on hand in case of an I-must-have-some-sugar-now-emergency.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 24 small reduced-fat graham crackers


    Instructions


    1. Blend together ricotta, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
    2. Take 1 sheet of graham cracker and break it in half to form 2 squares.
    3. Spread ricotta mixture over one side of cracker and top with other cracker half. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.
