List of Ingredients
- 1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 24 small reduced-fat graham crackers
Instructions
- Blend together ricotta, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Take 1 sheet of graham cracker and break it in half to form 2 squares.
- Spread ricotta mixture over one side of cracker and top with other cracker half. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.
