List of Ingredients



• Crust:
  
• 1 stick butter
  
• 1 cup flour
  
• 1 cup of nuts, crushed (pecans or walnuts work well)
  
• Cheese Layer:
  
• 1 (8 oz ) pkg cream cheese, softened
  
• 1 cup powdered sugar
  
• 1 (8 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  
• Filling:
  
• 2 pkgs (4 servings each) lemon pudding*
  
• Topping:
  
• 2 (8 oz) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pack crust ingredients into a 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool.
   
2. Mix all of the ingredients for the cheese layer together. Spoon on top of crust.
   
3. Mix pudding according to package directions. Spread pudding on top of cheese mixture.
   
4. Spread whipped topping on top of pudding. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
