Mexican Chocolate Kahlúa® Mousse

- 3/4 cup Half and Half
- 1 - 3.8 oz. package Instant Chocolate Pudding
- Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur to taste
- 1/2 cup Mexican Chocolate* grated (such as Abuelita or Ibarra)
- 2 cups Whipped Cream
- Raspberries or Strawberries for garnish
- Cinnamon Crisps*
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine half & half, chocolate pudding mix, Kahlúa® and Mexican chocolate. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream and combine thoroughly. When serving, place remaining whipped cream, mousse and fruit in layers in a glass dish.

Cinnamon Crisps
2 Mission® Fajita Size Flour Tortillas
5 Tbsp. Butter melted
1/3 cup sliced Almonds minced
1/2 cup Cinnamon Sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut tortillas into wedges or into heart shapes using a biscuit cutter.
Combine almonds and cinnamon sugar in a shallow bowl. Dip cutouts in melted butter, then dredge in sugar mixture. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool and crisp up. Serve with mousse.
