List of Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- FILLING:
- 3 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 T pumpkin pie spice
- TOPPING:
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Crust: Combine ingredients and press into a 9" springform pan.
- Filling: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugars and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, cornstach and spices. Add to cream cheese mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes. Remove from oven, combine topping ingredients and pour topping mixture over cake. Return to 350 degree oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Cool and store in refrigerator.
