- 2 cans pumpkin
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients; except cake mix and pour in a 9x13-inch pan.
- Mix cake mix, 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup pecans. Cut with pastry cutter until lumpy. Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with whipped topping.
