List of Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1-8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-8 oz. carton cool whip, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 boxes of coconut cream pudding
- 2-1/2 cups milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Prepare crust by crumbling ingredients together 1
cup of flour, 1/2 cup margarine and 1/2 cup chopped pecans and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Pat over bottom and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
- In small bowl combine cream cheese, 1 cup cool whip and 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread on cooled crust.
- Combine pudding and milk and heat until mixture
comes to a rolling boil. Cool and then spread over crust layer. Top entire dessert with 1 cup cool whip. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate over night before serving. Instant pudding may be substituted.
