    List of Ingredients


    • 2 - 15 oz. cans Black Beans
    • 1 Roma Tomato seeded and diced
    • 2 Tbsp. fresh Mint minced
    • 1/4 cup Radish finely diced
    • 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
    • 1/2 tsp. Salt
    • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
    • 4 Mission® Tostadas
    • Romaine Lettuce shredded
    • Feta Cheese crumbled
    • Oil and Vinegar Dressing


    Instructions


    1. Rinse and drain black beans and combine with the next seven ingredients in a bowl.
    2. Layer each tostada with one quarter of the bean mixture (about 3/4 cup). Top with lettuce and Feta cheese and drizzle with dressing.
