- 1 can Goya Pigeon Peas
- 1 cup Canilla Long-Grain Rice
- 1/2 cup Goya Coconut Milk
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- Nutmeg, few grains
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions, substituting coconut milk for part of the liquid. Add spices.
- Heat pigeon peas; drain.
- Combine with rice. Serve hot.
