Easy Beef Lo Mein

List of Ingredients
- 1 T oil
- 1 lb beef top round steak, cut into thin bite-sized strips
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 T teriyaki sauce
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 (1 lb) pkg frozen broccoli, carrots, and water chestnuts
- 1 (3 oz) pkg oriental-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef, garlic, teriyaki sauce and ginger; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
- Add vegetables; cook 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, discard seasoning packet from soup mix or reserve for a later use. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Add noodles to beef mixture; toss to mix. Sprinkle with peanuts. If desired, serve with additional teriyaki sauce.
