Spicy Grilled Chicken Tortillas

List of Ingredients
- 4 boneless -- skinless chicken breasts
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Marinade
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Filling:
- 1 Tbsp. hot jalapenos -- chopped
- 1 Tbsp. hot jalapenos -- chopped
- 1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese -- grated
- 3 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients and marinate chicken in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.
- Grill chicken on Medium until fully cooked. Slice chicken into strips.
- Combine filling ingredients and divide evenly over tortillas. Top with chicken and fold over. Lightly brush outside of tortilla with olive oil and grill on Medium 1 to 1-1/2 minutes per side.
