- 1 1/2 lbs Cobia
- 1/2 cup Cajun Injector Roasted Garlic & Herb or Rosemary Garlic Marinade
- 1 tbsp Cajun Shake
- 1 tbsp Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
Instructions
- Cut fish into 4 (6 oz) steaks, and place in a bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the fish and marinate for 5 minutes.
- Remove fish from marinade and grill for 8-10 minutes or until fish is firm.
- Turn as necessary, basting with the marinade each time.
