Margarita Grilled Shrimp

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound medium shrimp, deveined and shelled
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of tequila
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper
- 3 tablespoons of cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, add olive oil, garlic, tequila, lime juice, salt, red pepper, and cilantro; whisk together. Add the shrimp to the marinade and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator.
- Place shrimp on skewers. Grill shrimp on medium until pink. Do not over cook.
- Garnish with lime and cilantro.
