Oven-Fried Fish Fillets

List of Ingredients
- 2/3 cup fat-free sour cream, divided
- 1 T Montreal steak seasoning
- 4 halibut fish fillets (about 1 1/4 lbs)
- 1 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1 T chopped fresh parsley
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 scallions, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In bowl, combine 1/3 cup sour cream and steak seasoning. Brush mixture on fillets.
- In bowl, combine next 3 ingredients. Coat fillets with bread crumb mixture.
- Bake on greased pan 15 minutes.
- In bowl, combine mayonnaise, 2 T lemon zest and 1/3 cup lemon juice, scallions and remaining sour cream. Serve sauce with fish.
