Sesame-Lime Salmon

List of Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled, chopped and divided
- 2 T Thai seasoning, like The Spice Hunter
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 2 tsp finely grated gingerroot
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 salmon fillet (about 2 lbs)
- 1 T toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat grill or broiler. In bowl, combine 1/2 chopped garlic, seasoning, oil, gingerroot and 1 T lime juice. Place salmon skin side down on greased foil.
- Brush fillet with garlic mixture. Grill (with cover closed) or broil 15 minutes, or until fish flakes.
- In bowl, combine remaining garlic, 1 T zest and seeds. Pat on salmon.
