Stuffed Flounder

List of Ingredients
- six 4 to 5 oz flounder filles
- one 4-oz container savory herb spreadbale cheese
- 1 (6.1 oz) box tomato-lentil couscous mix
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 10 oz box frozen chopped broccoli
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spread flounder fillets with cheese, dividing equally. Roll up fillets. Transfer to 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish. Remove 1/2 tsp seasoning from seasoning pack in couscous mix; sprinkle over flounder. Pour wine into the dish. Cover dish with foil. Bake 25 minutes.
- Prepare couscous following package directions, stirring in frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, with dry couscous. When couscous is done, fluff with fork. Transfer to platter; top with flounder.
