Buffalo T-Bone with Bleu Cheese Butter

List of Ingredients
- 4 14-16 oz Buffalo T-Bone Steaks
- 12 oz Cajun Injector French Onion Marinade
- 2 tbsp Cajun Shake
- 1/4 cup Butter, softened
- 1/4 cu Crumbled Bleu Cheese
- 1 tbsp Snipped Fresh Parsley
- 2 tsp Snipped Fresh Basil or 1/2 tsp. Dried Basil
- 1/2 tsp Bottled Minced Garlic
Instructions
- Inject 2 oz. of Cajun Injector French Onion Marinade into steaks and sprinkle Cajun Shake liberally over steaks.
- Grill over medium-hot coals until desired doneness.
- In a small bowl stir togehter the butter, blue cheese, parsley, basil and garlic.
- Serve steaks topped with the Bleu Cheese Butter.
