    List of Ingredients


    • 4 14-16 oz Buffalo T-Bone Steaks
    • 12 oz Cajun Injector French Onion Marinade
    • 2 tbsp Cajun Shake
    • 1/4 cup Butter, softened
    • 1/4 cu Crumbled Bleu Cheese
    • 1 tbsp Snipped Fresh Parsley
    • 2 tsp Snipped Fresh Basil or 1/2 tsp. Dried Basil
    • 1/2 tsp Bottled Minced Garlic


    Instructions


    1. Inject 2 oz. of Cajun Injector French Onion Marinade into steaks and sprinkle Cajun Shake liberally over steaks.
    2. Grill over medium-hot coals until desired doneness.
    3. In a small bowl stir togehter the butter, blue cheese, parsley, basil and garlic.
    4. Serve steaks topped with the Bleu Cheese Butter.
