Cajun Creole Butter Venison Roast

List of Ingredients
- 3 lbs Venison roast
- 6 oz Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
- 2 tbsp Cajun Shake
- 2 1/2 cups Water
- 1 lg Onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups White Potatoes, chopped
- 1 cup Carrots, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Inject roast with the Creole Butter Marinade and season outside with Cajun Shake, place venison in roasting pan and add water.
- Add onion, cover and bake at 300 degrees F. until roast crumbles apart 3-4 hours.
- Let meat set in broth in refrigerator overnight.
- Next day, tear up meat and with broth, add remaining ingredients to roasting pan.
- Cook on top of stove or in low oven for 2-3 hours.
- Meat will absorb most of the broth as it cooks.
- Add a little canned beef broth if necessary.
