    • 2 lbs ground Elk
    • 4 oz Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Recipe Marinade
    • 1 Egg
    • 4 tbsp Italian breadcrumbs


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
    2. Mold into patties and grill over medium-hot coals until desired doneness.
