Creole Garlic Buffalo Steaks

- 4 Buffalo steaks
- 1 oz Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
- 1 med Onion (sliced)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Cajun Shake
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Heat frying pan over medium heat.
- Inject each steak with 1 oz of Creole Garlic Marinade, then season with Cajun Shake and garlic.
- When pan gets hot, place butter in pan and melt.
- Put onions in pan and cook onion sections separate.
- Place steaks on top of onions, cook on each side for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
