Creole Garlic Elk Burger Melt

List of Ingredients
- 1 pnd ground Elk
- 1/4 tsp dried Oregano
- 2 lg Onions
- 8 slices French Bread
- 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 2 oz Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Recipe Marinade
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix ground Elk, thyme, oregano, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and marinade together well.
- Shape into 4 patties and grill until done, 10-15 minutes.
- Top with cheese.
- In skillet , cook onions in oil, seasoning with salt and pepper until tender.
- Toast bread on grill for a few minute; may brush with melted butter first if desired.
- Place patties on French bread and top with onions.
