- 8 lbs Elk roast
- 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Creole Garlic Marinade
- 1 can Cajun Shake
- 1 stick Butter
Instructions
- Melt butter in mixing bowl and add marinade.
- Inject Elk roast approximately 1 ounce per pound and sprinkle in a light coat of Cajun Shake.
- Place on a ready smoker for about 4 hours.
