List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground Elk
- 4 tsp Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
- 3 tbsp Italian bread crumbs
- 1 Egg
- Cajun Injector Quick Shake Cajun Shake Seasoning , to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly then form into 6 patties.
- If you would like, you could wrap and pin each patty with a slice of smoked bacon (the fat from the bacon helps to baste and flavor the Elk meat).
- Grill on medium high grill until burgers are cooked through.
