    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs ground Elk
    • 4 tsp Cajun Injector Creole Butter Marinade
    • 3 tbsp Italian bread crumbs
    • 1 Egg
    • Cajun Injector Quick Shake Cajun Shake Seasoning , to taste


    Instructions


    1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly then form into 6 patties.
    2. If you would like, you could wrap and pin each patty with a slice of smoked bacon (the fat from the bacon helps to baste and flavor the Elk meat).
    3. Grill on medium high grill until burgers are cooked through.
