- 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Teriyaki-Honey Marinade
- 1 4-6 lb Elk Roast, chuck or rump
- 2 tbsp Cajun Shake
- 2 tbsp Original Louisiana Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- While oven is heating, inject 2 oz. of Cajun Injector Teriyaki-Honey Marinade per pound into the roast and season outside with Cajun Shake and hot sauce.
- Place roast in pan and pour remaining marinade over it.
- Bake the roast at 325 degrees F. for 2-3 hours or until roast is tender.
