    List of Ingredients


    • 1 16 oz jar Cajun Injector Teriyaki-Honey Marinade
    • 1 4-6 lb Elk Roast, chuck or rump
    • 2 tbsp Cajun Shake
    • 2 tbsp Original Louisiana Hot Sauce


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
    2. While oven is heating, inject 2 oz. of Cajun Injector Teriyaki-Honey Marinade per pound into the roast and season outside with Cajun Shake and hot sauce.
    3. Place roast in pan and pour remaining marinade over it.
    4. Bake the roast at 325 degrees F. for 2-3 hours or until roast is tender.
