Grilled Salmon Steaks with Lime Butter

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 T freshly ground black pepper
- 4 (9 oz each) salmon steaks
- fresh lime wedges, to garnish
Instructions
- Combine butter, lime juice and pepper. Place salmon steaks in glass baking dish. Pour lime butter mixture over steaks. Let salmon marinate while preheating broiler, or preparing grill to medium-high heat.
- Cook salmon until just opaque, occasionally brushing with lime butter marinade, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to plates. Brush with remaining lime butter. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
