    Grilled Salmon Steaks with Lime Butter

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter, melted
    • 1/4 cup lime juice
    • 1 T freshly ground black pepper
    • 4 (9 oz each) salmon steaks
    • fresh lime wedges, to garnish


    Instructions


    1. Combine butter, lime juice and pepper. Place salmon steaks in glass baking dish. Pour lime butter mixture over steaks. Let salmon marinate while preheating broiler, or preparing grill to medium-high heat.

    2. Cook salmon until just opaque, occasionally brushing with lime butter marinade, about 4 minutes per side. Transfer to plates. Brush with remaining lime butter. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
