    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lbs pickling cucumbers
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 6 heads fresh dill
    • 3 cups vinegar
    • 3 cups water
    • 3 tsp salt substitute


    Instructions


    1. Wash cucumbers. Pack into sterilized jars. Place 1/2 clove garlic and 1 head dill in each jar. Heat vinegar, water, and salt substitute in saucepan; until boiling. Cover cucumbers with hot liquid, leaving 1/2-inch head space. Adjust lids.
    2. Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath. Allow 5 days to ripen.
