List of Ingredients
- 3 lbs pickling cucumbers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 heads fresh dill
- 3 cups vinegar
- 3 cups water
- 3 tsp salt substitute
Instructions
- Wash cucumbers. Pack into sterilized jars. Place 1/2 clove garlic and 1 head dill in each jar. Heat vinegar, water, and salt substitute in saucepan; until boiling. Cover cucumbers with hot liquid, leaving 1/2-inch head space. Adjust lids.
- Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath. Allow 5 days to ripen.
