List of Ingredients
- 1 lb peaches, peeled, pitted, and cut into halves
- 3/4 lb sugar
- 1/3 cup water
Instructions
- Place fruit and sugar in alternate layers in large pot. Add water. Cook over high heat, stirring, until mixture comes to boil. Boil rapidly, until syrup is somewhat thick.
- Pour into hot, sterilized jars. Seal and process in boiling water bath 15 minutes.
