- 1 16-ounce packed pumpkin
- 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- In medium saucepan, combine ingredients. Mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Pour mixture into sterilized canning jars and seal immediately. Store in refrigerator.
