- 3 1/3 cups cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 3/4 oz dry pectin
- 4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine cranberry juice cocktail and pectin in 6-quart saucepan. Cook over high heat, until mixture boils. Stir in sugar. Bring to full rolling boil. Boil 1 minute; stirring.
- Remove from heat. Add lemon juice. Skim foam from top. Pour into sterilized jars, leaving 1/2-inch head space. Adjust lids. Process in boiling water bath 15 minutes.
