Beef Patties

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
Instructions
- Mix soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish together and set aside.
- Lightly beat egg, add bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of the soup mixture. Add beef, mix well. Shape into 6 patties, brown in a skillet.
- Pour remaining soup mixture over patties; cover and cook on low heat about 20 minutes.
