    List of Ingredients


    • 1 good sized, fairly lean chuck roast...doesn't matter what kind as long as it's short-grained
    • 3 to 4 cups water
    • 5 beef bouillion cubes
    • 1 tsp minced garlic
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


    Instructions


    1. Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low all day. The juice is wonderful au jus for french dip sandwiches.


    Final Comments


    *I like to add minced onion and a bit more garlic.
