    Begin marinating night before cooking.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 London broil or top round steak (21/2 –3 lbs.)
    • 1/3 c. soy sauce
    • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    • 2 tbsp. honey
    • 2 tbsp. oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    • 1/2 tsp. ginger
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 1/4 c. onion, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Cut 3-4 slashes diagonally into London broil across the grain on both sides. Place in a shallow dish or plastic bag. Mix remaining ingredients to make a marinade and pour over meat. Marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning several times.
    2. Prepare grill and cook until medium-rare. This cut of meat is most tender if cooked rare to medium-rare. To serve, slice across the grain at an angle in 1/4-inch slices.
