London Broil With Lime Onions

- 2 red onion, peeled, very thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1 pound London broil, about 1 inch thick
- 1/4 cup fresh-ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon flour
Instructions
- In a small glass bowl, combine onions, lime juice and Tabasco; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Rub meat all over with pepper and salt. Sprinkle half the flour on each side of the meat.
- Sauté over high heat in a large sauté pan, until well seared, 5 to 7 minutes on each side for rare.
- Remove from heat and serve in thick slices, topped with generous portion of the marinated onions.
