Peppered Rib-Eye Steaks

The mixture of black, red, and lemon peppers gives this steak its lively flavor.
List of Ingredients
- 3 tsps garlic powder
- 3 tsps dried thyme
- 2 tsps ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsps salt
- 1 1/2 tsps lemon pepper
- 1 1/2 tsps ground red pepper
- 1 1/2 tsps dried parsley flakes
- 6 (1 1/2-inch-thick) rib-eye steaks
- 3 T olive oil
Instructions
- Combine first 7 ingredients. Brush steaks with oil; rub with seasoning mixture. Cover and chill 1 hour.
- Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400) 6 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
