List of Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) bow tie pasta, uncooked
- 1 bag (16 ounces) BIRDS EYE® frozen Farm Fresh Mixtures Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots
- 1 package (1.6 ounces) alfredo pasta sauce mix
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In large saucepan, cook pasta according to package directions. Add vegetables during last 5 minutes of pasta cooking. Drain; return to saucepan.
- Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, prepare sauce according to package directions.
- Stir sauce into vegetables and pasta; cook over medium heat until heated through.
- Season with pepper.
Final Comments
Makes 4 servings
Variation Stir 2 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce into alfredo sauce.
Serving Suggestion Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
