Chicken Pomodoro with Artichokes

List of Ingredients
- 4 Oz. whole wheat rigatoni pasta
- 8 Oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch squares
- 6 1/2 Oz. jar of marinated artichokes, rinsed, drained, reserving 1 Tablespoon marinade
- 2/3 cup chopped, seeded fresh tomato
- 2 tsp Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain.
- Meanwhile, saute chicken pieces in olive oil about 4 minutes or until brown.
- Combine artichokes, tomato, Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb, and reserved marinade in large skillet.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
- Combine pasta, chicken and vegetables.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
